The late summer GONG BATH, CRYSTAL HEALING SOUNDS & YOGA NIDRA, in the heart of Pembrokeshire, in the Dome.

* Location: Hilton Court, Pembrokeshire

* Class is one hour long, please bring your mat, blanket, and little pillow.

* Meeting point at the car park at 16:45 pm, class starts at 17 pm to 18 pm.

* FREE Tea, Coffee, and mini croissants

Investment: £15 (including the entry) bank transfer accented.
