Please read before you book and attend any classes at the studio. You always need a doctor approval or any type of physical form of movements, and your booking represent your confirmation and your full responsibility of your practice.

* Please book online, to reduce contact and limited space per each class to keep all of us safe during the practice. 

* All visitors will be required to wash their hands thoroughly before and after class, with anti-bacterial and hand sanitiser readily available for use. 

* We ask you to be respectful of others and keep a safe physical distance from one another and wear a face mask on corridors, toilets but you are not required to using during the class. 

* Physical distancing measures will be in place within the studio

* Please bring your own mat or any other equipment you might need for practice.  All items brought into the studio should be cleaned before and after each class with antibacterial. 

* If you don’t feel 100% or have any reason to believe you might have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please don’t come to class and not book the class, and if you are for the first time at the studio, you need to fill a medical form before the class.

The form are totally safe and they won't be used for any other reasons rather to yoga practice. 

* Class capacity will be limited to adhere to social distancing measures, making it necessary to book some time in advance.

* Classes are usually 1 hour long plus 10 minutes after for general questions.

* By booking the class, you will accept total responsibility for any injury , and you need to consult doctor before any type of exercises programs. 

* If you’re not able to join us in studio, tune in for an online class instead ,or just stay home and rest up, and come back to the studio when you’re well again!

* Drop in regular classes of 60 min £ 7.5 

* Drop in classes of 75 min £8.00

* Drop in classes of 90 min £8.50

* Book 4 any classes per month £ 28 

 Non refundable and non transferable for next month.

* Fee is non-refundable if you cancel last minute

( 8 hours before class)

Gentle Yoga Flow, Breathing 

When you’re brand new to yoga, or you would like to learn more about this practice, this might be a great place to start .
This class has the tips, guidelines, and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice or to discover new elements .
Each class incorporate  breathing practice and is based of traditional styles of yoga.

VINYASA FLOW (Ashtanga inspired) 

* traditional style of practice 

In vinyasa yoga style class when  each movement will be synchronized with breath.  Ashtanga Yoga utilizes a three-fold approach to yogasana called Tristana. Tristana consists of Ujjayi Pranayama (breathing technique), Bandhas (energy locks or seals), Dristi (looking focus). Through this method practitioners develop control of the senses and a deep awareness of themsleves and their inner sensations, emotions and workings of the mind. By maintaining this discipline with regularity and devotion Ashtanga Viyasa Yoga practitioners develop steadiness of body and mind
Suitable for any level of practitioners , beginner to advanced .

Power Yoga 75 min class

Step up to the mental and physical challenge in this strong and sweaty class. Expect strong postures and balances and advanced options for binds, inversions and arm balances.
Then pat yourself on the back with a nice long Savasana.
More fitness and advanced yoga style of practice.
