We will start with a gentle flow, exploring different breathing practices, and meditation, and move into the Yoga Nidra to send you off into deep relaxation.

Then we will delve into the healing sounds of Crystal singing bowls and chimes said to penetrate your cells and organs healing you on a cellular level of stress and trauma.

Even the busiest of minds will slow down!
