The purpose of this Woodland CLASS is to give the mind a rest, get into the body, and balance your nervous system with two amazing styles of yoga outdoor. 


90 min Yin & Yang 

* Yin is more internal, passive, cooling, and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming, and upward.

YANG: will be represented by Vinyasa Krama, which means a step-by-step progression into something, or to a certain goal. A goal, in this case, is a complex or advanced asana (posture). To give a little more explanation of the words we have: Vinyasa – which is the principle of synchronizing movement with the breath and.

YIN: Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.



There is a sauna on site and be welcome to use it
