09:30 am
Arrive at the location. Welcome drink.

10.00 am - 11.45 am including 10 min of deep relaxation in the end
Traditional Yoga Session, Ashtanga Yoga inspired, finish the class with Deep relaxation and meditation, and discussions.

12:00 pm - 1 pm (class 45 min )
Use of spa facilities: Pool - Aqua Yoga Class. great fun class - spend 10 min around the pool

Lunchtime, please advise for any allergies (usually a starter and panini with salad or jacket potato or quiche of the day, desserts are cheesecakes, meringues, etc)
