Please read before you book and attend any classes at the studio. You always need a doctor approval or any type of physical form of movements, and your booking represent your confirmation and your full responsibility of your practice.

* Please book online, to reduce contact and limited space per each class to keep all of us safe during the practice. 

* All visitors will be required to wash their hands thoroughly before and after class, with anti-bacterial and hand sanitiser readily available for use. 

* We ask you to be respectful of others and keep a safe physical distance from one another and wear a face mask on corridors, toilets but you are not required to using during the class. 

* Physical distancing measures will be in place within the studio

* Please bring your own mat or any other equipment you might need for practice.  All items brought into the studio should be cleaned before and after each class with antibacterial. 

* If you don’t feel 100% or have any reason to believe you might have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please don’t come to class and not book the class, and if you are for the first time at the studio, you need to fill a medical form before the class.

The form are totally safe and they won't be used for any other reasons rather to yoga practice. 

* Class capacity will be limited to adhere to social distancing measures, making it necessary to book some time in advance.

* Classes are usually 1 hour long plus 10 minutes after for general questions.

* By booking the class, you will accept total responsibility for any injury , and you need to consult doctor before any type of exercises programs. 

* If you’re not able to join us in studio, tune in for an online class instead ,or just stay home and rest up, and come back to the studio when you’re well again!

Vinyasa Yoga

Beginners, Intermediate to Advanced level

Studio and Live streaming classes

This Class expands on the dynamic Vinyasa based asana practice and includes hands-on adjustments, breath awareness, meditation and deep relaxation at the end.
Level 2 class : some knowledge of alignment for traditional yoga poses is mandatory.
Not Suitable for Beginners ( please visit level 1 classes or courses instead )

Level 1 Vinyasa classes you will be offered standing, balance and seated postures. The teacher will offer clear direction and plenty of modification options, including the use of props. You may be introduced to breathing techniques and meditation.

Hatha Yoga

Beginners to Intermediate level

This is more gentle class suitable for beginners , where asanas ( postures) are holding little long time comparing with Vinyasa Yoga . Details on alignments, breathing , meditation and deep relaxation with hand on adjustments 

YIN Yoga

OPEN level

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. For beginners, postures may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. Open Level -suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Ashtanga Yoga

Intermediate to Advanced level

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that connects each movement of the body with the breath. The method stresses the importance of daily practice, in which students follow a set sequence of postures known as a series.
