One2One sessions:

These sessions are adapted to your specific needs, using a progressive Yoga plan tailored to you.
We can target weaker areas and build up your strengths, so you achieve your goals. 
An initial consultation will be performed where I will carry out a detailed Postural analysis and we will discuss goals. Following this, I will create a personalized progressive plan to enable you to attain your goals. I will then implement the plan with you via weekly One to One sessions.

One To One 

Private One to One sessions are great if you

  • if you are a beginner in yoga and need more basics before joining group classes

  • like to improve your health and well-being with personalised sequences

  • someone who suffers from pains, recovering from injuries, trauma, any personal difficulties

  • not comfortable in group settings

  • are very busy and can’t make regular studio classes and would prefer your own time to suit

  • want to take your practice to deeper level, learn more from yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, mediation

Book pay as you go :  £ 40

Block of 8 sesions : £280
