Gong Bath and Breathing in the forest 

Yoga retreat allows you to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity, and focus on developing a deeper understanding of yourself.

Join Us for a Unique opportunity to practice and

unlock Ashtanga Yoga.

What will you expect?

* Practice the elements and sequence of the Ashtanga Primary Series

* Understand how to modify and adjust in order to prevent common yoga injuries

* A specific Drishti, or focal point, is used in each asana. 

* Short session at the end in Savasana of Gong Bath 

*This specific breathing technique is used throughout the practice. The victorious breath is a slow audible breathing technique used to warm, energize and increase focus and concentration. 

The class will take place in a beautiful big tent in the woods. We can also explore a beautiful walk and extra pranayama in the forest and food is included 

Cost is £50 ( including the entry and delicious food, option for vegan and gluten-free)

Please bring comfortable clothes for practice and your own mat.
