Vinyasa Yoga 06:30 pm - 60 minutes practice
Vinyasa-style yoga combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout. In Vinyasa classes postures are linked together in a continuous and challenging flow and the common thread is a rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility while keeping students on the move.
Thursday 
Yin Yoga 06:30 pm- 60 minutes practice
Learn how practising Yin yoga can have such a positive impact on your physical and emotional health. Yin yoga poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body, which in turn balances the body’s internal organs and systems.
Suitable for any level of practitioners , and is practice in traditional style. 
Friday
Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa - 75 minutes practice

Suitable for intermediate practitioners , (traditional style. )
Sunday 
Power Yoga 10:30 am - 30 min blast
This is a dynamic flow, specifically focuses on body movements that help in improving cardiovascular output.
We will recognize Rocket Yoga, Dynamic flow with planks and chaturanga repetition and some of the advanced postures.
Class is 30 min plus 5 min for relaxation at the end of the class.  
NEW: One To One classes available 
outside or online
I am offering outdoor 1:1 sessions in private gardens as well as online. Outdoor classes add a different dimension to one’s practice and pare yoga down to its original link with nature.
