What you’ll learn:
A 50-hour Rocket Yoga Teacher Training (50h TT) usually consists of intensive study of the Rocket Yoga system created by Larry Schultz, based on modified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga sequences.
Most schools structure it around these main areas:

Rocket Sequences: Rocket I, II & III
You learn and practice:
-
Rocket I → lower body focus, hip openers, forward folds, core strength
-
Rocket II → backb
nds, twists, spinal strength, deeper flexibility -
Rocket III (“Happy Hour”) → full-body mixed sequence combining I + II
These are adaptations of the traditional Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series.
